Requirements

  • 0-2 years minimum experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong and pleasant phone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal professionally with visitors, vendors and co-workers on the one and in person
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to take initiative, use good judgement, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail, and carry multiple tasks through to completion
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for further clarification when necessary
  • Ability to always maintain professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience delivering accurate, effective results, and meeting tight deadlines
  • Effectively adapt to variations in work tasks and workload

Responsibilities

  • Stock kitchens with company provided snacks & coffee daily throughout the office
  • Oversee office vendor relationships
  • Greet and assist employees and guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phones and distribute incoming mail & packages
  • Assist with Onboarding and Offboarding employees
  • Assist with on-site interview process, greet candidates and escort to conference room
  • Assist with the logistics for Companywide employee events
  • Member of the Engagement Committee, assist with Charity, Fun, DEI and Wellness events
  • Order catering for in-house meetings
  • Provide general office assistance to management as needed
  • Shift of 8:30am-4:30pm to stock kitchens with company provided snacks & coffee daily prior to most employees arriving
  • Hours may periodically vary due to company needs
  • Other duties as assigned
