Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in HR systems, workforce analytics, finance, or operations, with a strong focus on reporting, data integrity, and process automation
- Background in HR analytics, FP&A, or business intelligence, with the ability to structure and interpret workforce data to drive strategic insights
- Experience building and maintaining workforce reporting dashboards, with expertise in tools like Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Deep understanding of HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Workday, UKG, Greenhouse, ADP, or SAP, with experience in system configuration and optimization
- Ability to design and implement automated workflows that improve HR system efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data accuracy
- Proven experience managing system migrations and integrating HR platforms with payroll, IT, and finance
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate HR and workforce data into meaningful insights for leadership decision-making
- Experience in M&A HR data due diligence, HR data migrations, and aligning workforce data across global teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present workforce insights in a clear, data-driven manner
Responsibilities
- Own HR data integrity and ensure reporting is accurate, structured, and accessible across teams and systems.
- Analyze workforce trends, create dashboards and reports, and translate raw HR data into business insights.
- Build custom, dynamic reports in Rippling and other HR systems, partnering with teams to automate and improve reporting on people’s data.
- Run HR surveys, analyze results, and generate action-oriented insights.
- Deliver monthly HR trend reports, highlighting key workforce shifts and insights across employee groups.
- Define best practices for HR data collection to improve accuracy and reporting on metrics like attrition.
- Partner with HR teams in India and Bangladesh to align HR data and tools globally.
- Support HR operations by designing and optimizing HR systems to streamline onboarding, offboarding, etc, ensuring processes are automated, scalable, and generate accurate, reportable data.
- Provide HRIS support to employees and internal G&A team. Create and guide employees to self-service support tools.
- Support M&A efforts by leading data migration and coordinating with the HR support team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize Rippling and other HR tools to ensure the HR team maximizes system capabilities.
- Identify and fix HRIS system bugs that impact data quality and reporting.
- Partner closely with the team on all system migration and consolidation efforts and help to ensure system migrations and integrations improve efficiency.
- Partner with IT to manage HR system security and compliance, including SOC 2 and access management.
- Work closely with finance, payroll, IT, and HR leadership to ensure HR data flows seamlessly across systems.
- Guide HR teams on best practices for data collection and reporting.
- Present insights to leadership in clear, concise reports and dashboards.
