Requirements
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Human Resources
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about various HR functions

Responsibilities
- Support HR Team in executing BBR’s people strategy and delivering a compelling Employee Value Proposition
- Support Talent Acquisition efforts through candidate scheduling and interview process coordination ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate onboarding plans for new hires
- Coordinate employee recognition programs
- Assist with employee events and engagement activities
- Assist in recruiting and coordinating Analyst & Summer Internship Programs
- Act as a central point of contact for BBR Affinity Groups
- Assist on HR and Recruiting projects as assigned
