Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required
- 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or related operating in a complex business environment which may have included interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs, and processes is required
Responsibilities
- Align business objectives with management in designated business units/service lines
- Serve as the primary point of connection between the HR functions and business leaders
- Provide two-way insights to deliver targeted and efficient HR programs and services that drive measurable value
- Act as a trusted advisor and activist regarding business demands and human capital needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP is preferred
