Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience working closely with HR management and line leadership to provide strategic analyses of human capital management data to ensure effective implementation of an organization’s strategies
  • Knowledge of auditing existing business procedures and creating or identifying necessary improvements in applying big data analysis processes for recruiting, benefits, new hires, and trainee development
  • Ability to identify relationships among disparate pieces of information and develop meaning and analytical conclusions
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR management and line leadership to provide strategic analyses of human capital management data
  • Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts
  • Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions
  • Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision
  • Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing Navy and Department of Defense Pay and Personnel systems
  • Knowledge of military culture in general and United States Navy structure
  • Knowledge of MyNavy HR business processes and current transformation efforts
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team responsible for multiple concurrent deliverables
