Requirements
- Must live in Utah
- Associate’s degree in a related field. Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
- One year of HR experience with a defined HR title
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
- Previous HR Business Partner/Consultant experience
Responsibilities
- Provides HR expertise, consultation, and service to employees through a variety of methods including case management, video conferencing, Slack, telephone, and in-person meetings
- Manages employee relations cases, conducts investigations, provides written reports, and assists with case resolution
- Reviews corrective action documents and supports leaders with the corrective action process; manages termination meetings and process
- Manages job accommodation requests and facilitates the interactive process
- Manages Workers’ Compensation claims and provides recommendations for workplace safety
