Human Capital Specialist – Senior

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with leadership, Human Capital, or project management in a professional or military environment
• Experience designing and implementing business strategies within the intelligence community
• Experience engaging and managing senior stakeholders on behalf of government clients
• Ability to create and present senior-level briefings and reports, including visuals in Tableau or PowerPoint
• Ability to conduct research and analysis on industry best practices, including implementation of business processes in a mission environment
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer’s operations and identify challenges and solutions
• Work closely with clients and key stakeholders to develop an overall picture of the client’s structure and operations
• Ask the right questions to draw out client’s objectives and vision
• Present recommendations and options for achieving the client’s vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where high ambiguity and uncertainty exists
• Ability to think critically, using logic and reasoning to help identify alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Master’s degree
