Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in employee benefits, compliance, and HR operations
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
- Support open enrollment processes, employee communications, and data entry
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation in HRIS and benefits platforms
- Assist in auditing benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Participate in researching and comparing benefits offerings and best practices
- Provide support with wellness initiatives, internal communications, and benefits education efforts
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team members
- Support ongoing and ad hoc HR projects as needed
