Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans
  • Support open enrollment processes, employee communications, and data entry
  • Help maintain accurate records and documentation in HRIS and benefits platforms
  • Assist in auditing benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Participate in researching and comparing benefits offerings and best practices
  • Provide support with wellness initiatives, internal communications, and benefits education efforts
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate team members
  • Support ongoing and ad hoc HR projects as needed
