Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant business area)
- 2+ years of prior professional experience with the HR Operations sub-field or similar positions
- Knowledge or certification in continuous improvement such as Lean Six Sigma, agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban and/or Design thinking
- Knowledge in MS Office package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge in Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong communication, analytical skills, and customer service skills
- Interpersonal relationship building
- Review and solve unexpected problems
- Drive continuous process improvements
Responsibilities
- Perform time-sensitive transactions in Workday that typically have regional impact
- Provide expert advice to local HR teams, employees and managers around business processes in Workday
- Audit the services provided by the share services vendor, generating proposals for improvement
- Keep processes updated and mapped in accordance with each country’s legislation and internal policies
- Standardize processes aligned to NA (US and Canada)
- Comply with the SLAs established for each process, managing metrics
- Act as a strategic partner for local Human Resources such as HR Business Partners to drive and support company objectives and business needs
Preferred Qualifications
