Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of employment law and best practices as well as significant experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and flawless execution of HR processes and initiatives
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels in a constantly evolving environment
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR matters
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and acquire new skills
- Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously to completion
- Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities
- Act as a consultant and trusted resource, advising managers on HR policies, their interpretation and application
- Cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment by managing employee relations and advising on best practices
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while implementing HR strategies that drive growth and engagement
- Partner with Senior HRBP to identify talent development opportunities, provide coaching, and guide performance management processes
- Collaborate on programs that promote employee engagement and retention to sustain a thriving workplace
- Work closely with the broader HR team to support and manage HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
- Stay current on best industry practices and maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
