Requirements

  • College student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ag Business, Agriculture, or a related field
  • Interest in HR operations, process improvement, and HR technology

Responsibilities

  • Support the optimization of Workday by identifying ways to improve HR workflows
  • Help refine processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
  • Create and organize resources for the Human Resources Service Center, ensuring HR information is easily accessible
  • Gain hands-on experience in Workday and HR systems, learning how data and technology drive HR Operations

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting ideas
  • Attention to detail – ability to track and document processes effectively
  • Organization & time management – ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
