Requirements
- College student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Ag Business, Agriculture, or a related field
- Interest in HR operations, process improvement, and HR technology
Responsibilities
- Support the optimization of Workday by identifying ways to improve HR workflows
- Help refine processes to improve efficiency and employee experience
- Create and organize resources for the Human Resources Service Center, ensuring HR information is easily accessible
- Gain hands-on experience in Workday and HR systems, learning how data and technology drive HR Operations

- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, with confidence in presenting ideas
- Attention to detail – ability to track and document processes effectively
- Organization & time management – ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
