Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree and five to seven (5-7) years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Active DoD Clearance
Responsibilities
- Designs and executes programs to enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and productivity. Conducts surveys and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Collaborates with managers to address employee concern and promote open communication.
- Analyzing workforce data to identify skill gaps and develop strategies for attracting, developing and retaining top talent.
- Serves as a trusted advisor to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assists with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Providing guidance on HR-related laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
