Conduct application profiling reviews, recommend integration methods, validate application data in SailPoint, and resolve application integration issues.
Provide guidance and assistance to app stakeholders through end-to-end onboarding and coordinate activities across app stakeholders and internal IAM teams.
Facilitate standing Office Hours Zoom calls for SailPoint app integration.
Take lead role in providing guidance to offshore team members working on different applications and conduct daily reviews for the team’s JIRA and ServiceNow dashboards.
Maintain documentation including user guides, test/validation plans, and onboarding templates used by applications and internal IAM Onboarding SOP’s.
Gather evidence for responses to lines of defense queries about controls and SailPoint integration procedures.
Assist app stakeholders with questions about IAM policy and procedures.
Design, test and/or implement automation processes or other procedures as needed for SailPoint application integration.
Assist with various IAM Oversight and Reporting function.

Bachelor’s Degree & minimum of 5 years of IT experience in Information Technology or related discipline
Experience with identity access management including authorization & access provisioning
Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow & Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) tools
