Requirements

  • Mix of minimum 7 years of experience with operations & production management and data analysis;
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience in planning and implementing localized initiatives with the ability to drive results, analyze data and report progress in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrates the ability to interface with all levels of management, establish trust and build consensus.
  • Fluent in English. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to facilitate successful presentations to individuals and/or small groups.
  • Lead and manage quality control and adherence of the supplier (on- and off-shore) to ensure audit readiness of technology and systems
  • Excellent software skills (Excel, Tableau, Word, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new systems quickly is a must.
  • Demonstrated project management skills in a complex, fluid environment.
  • Ability to achieve results, acting in both a supportive and team-oriented manner.
  • Takes personal responsibility for own work, pushing self and others to exceed goals and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all incentive compensation production processes and deliverables are managed, produced and distributed to the field force in a reliable, repeatable and accurate fashion.
  • Assist in the creation and management of incentive compensation policy and procedures, ensuring compliance, consistency and adherence.
  • Supports a creative and future looking approach to IC, focused on managing multiple markets/teams and the diversity that exists across geographies.
  • Align with the Global Compensation & Compliance to share best practices and implement collective advantages where applicable.
  • Provide clear and concise direction to key vendors to ensure that both Pfizer and the vendor meet or exceed the SLAs & SEAs associated with the production of quality incentive compensation deliverables.
  • Coordinate with US IC team colleagues to ensure proper communication to the field regarding key incentive compensation deliverables.
  • Manage processes to ensure IC is operating in accordance with all GMIS and Pfizer Compliance regulations.
  • Work as a key IC team member to ensure key vendors meet expectations in delivering to IC commitments.
  • Drive tactics for workflow, project priorities, and resource allocation needs across the team and ensure these synchronize with others within Commercial Operations.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead by example and effectively deliver on strategies, goals, and objectives through influence, persuasion, analysis, negotiation, and facilitation capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or higher degree preferred
  • Proven ability to create a learning community, facilitating an environment of continuous sharing of knowledge; aids in the education of team members and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to utilize statistical and data visualization software, spreadsheets and databases as needed to clearly and concisely present analytic methodology results. Evaluate analytic approaches based on strengths and weaknesses and determine best options.
  • Proven expertise in process orientation: i.e., continuously working to improve processes and systems. Capable of mapping and analyzing processes and suggesting improvements.
  • Strong change management skills: i.e., actively works to gain consensus and commitment across the organization.
