Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java (PowerShell and C++ also considered)
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi
- Strong knowledge of API standards (SCIM, SOAP, REST) and authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth)
- Hands-on experience with modern IGA solutions like SailPoint, Saviynt, or Okta Workflows
- Experience provisioning to cloud and on-prem directory stores
- Direct experience deploying or managing PAM solutions (CyberArk, Delinea, AWS Secrets Manager)
Responsibilities
- Automate IAM processes to reduce friction and eliminate manual bottlenecks in user lifecycle management (from onboarding to offboarding)
- Partner with product owners and engineering teams to develop identity provisioning features such as access termination, birthright provisioning, and access request fulfillment
- Assess and implement leading IAM tools, including identity governance (IGA), privileged access management (PAM), and cloud-native IAM solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Collaborate with IAM and Cybersecurity teams to enhance access authorization and integrate with other IAM technologies
- Provide operational support for IAM systems, diagnosing and resolving issues across various platforms
