Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and a minimum eight (8) years of hand’s on technical experience
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a technical manager leading teams of at least four (4) people
- Confirmed experience working in a global company
- Project management experience is a must
- Knowledge of F5, PKI, and Windows services is a benefit
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in identity management
- Experience working closely with Cybersecurity teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of more than 4 identity professionals
- Develop and implement identity management strategies and solutions
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the identity team, ensuring high performance and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with other systems and services
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Monitor and report on the performance of identity systems and processes
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional identity management technologies and tools such as: IDM and single sign on technologies, Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), Ping Identity, SailPoint, IBM Security Identity Manager, RSA SecurID, CyberArk Identity Security and Quest
