Requirements
- RN/NP/PT or Healthcare Administration professional preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities
- Identify and Improve Processes: Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, designing and implementing best practices for efficient implementation.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the implementation of WatchPAT programs, with a focus on the Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) sector.
- Training and Education: Lead the training and education initiatives for field teams, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources necessary for successful implementation and adherence to best practices.
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with both internal teams and customers, including large opportunity accounts, to oversee implementation efforts and ensure alignment with customer needs and objectives.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and document customer requirements and business workflows to inform tailored implementation strategies, optimizing the integration process.
- Utilization Enhancement: Drive increased utilization of our solutions within customer accounts through direct and indirect engagement efforts, including training and education initiatives.
- Collaborative Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with client implementation teams to facilitate successful program implementation, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Pre-Sale Support: Assist the sales team in explaining ZOLL Itamar interface mechanisms and details during pre-sale conference calls, contributing valuable insights to the sales process.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and delivering increased value to customers. Lead and execute internal projects, collaborating with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
