Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting
- Must have excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent at understanding the problem before solving
- Manage time and deadlines
- Work in a cross-team collaboration model
- Willingness to travel up 20% to client sites as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform delivery activities such as analysis, design, configuration, documentation, testing, post implementation support and issue resolution
- Provide knowledge around ICE product features and functions and make necessary best practice recommendations
- Interact with client and demonstrate understanding of their business and technical needs
- Facilitate sessions and drive consensus on approach and best practice solutions for ICE products
- Lead projects to completion
- Conduct testing and training with client users
- Work closely with the client’s project team, project team members, and internal resources such as product management, engineering, and technical support
Preferred Qualifications
- Mortgage Industry operational and/or mortgage underwriting experience is a plus
- Loan Quality Control or Closing experience preferred
