Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business or related field equivalent work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret detailed technical information.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to influence others and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with little direction.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Solid understanding of TruStage administrative systems and customer transaction flow.
Responsibilities
- Process workflow tasks as assigned and ensure they meet all standards for SLAs and accuracy.
- Document all communications to the appropriate contact records management tools.
- Under general supervision, follow established procedures and practices.
- Escalate all issues to proper channels.
- Develop, update and maintain procedure documentation in accordance with corporate standards, including the development and delivery of training and identification and mitigation of issues and escalations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preference for prior knowledge of EXPAG, Omni Admin, and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to train others formally and informally.
