Requirements
- 3+ years implementing complex software with SMBs.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage all levels, from store associates to executives.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to solve customer needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Open to travel to customer sites in some cases (15-20% travel)
Responsibilities
- Own the post-sale experience, ensuring smooth transitions, addressing blockers, and setting up stores for success.
- Optimize product usage, increase engagement, and identify new opportunities for services and features.
- Improve onboarding workflows, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Translate customer needs into actionable insights to enhance both product and support experiences.
- Help scale operations and cultivate a strong, mission-driven culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in payments, point-of-sale, vertical SaaS, or supply chain tech.
- Grocery industry background is a huge plus.
- Startup experience or 0→1 product development.
- Proficiency with Figma for visual communication.
