Requirements
- Strong foundation in accounting knowledge
- Advanced Technical Skills in Strategic tools (Clarizen, Salesforce, Insight Squared, Paylocity)
- Advanced Technical Skills in MS Office Suite, Tools and technologies associated with team responsibilities (e.g., Data Migration, Reporting, Reconciliation)
- Securities and financial markets knowledge
- Familiarity with accounting and reporting for fixed income, structured products, and/or derivatives
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, train, and retain a substantial team
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions across Global Delivery teams
- Direct subordinates, applying rules, policies, and management oversight
- Errors in decision-making or failure to achieve results can lead to schedule delays
- Frequently interact with subordinates and functional peer groups, requiring cooperation and technical presentations on topics such as projects and schedules
