Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
- One year minimum of experience in Food and beverage operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Computer skills
- Luxury hotel experience, a plus
Responsibilities
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for existing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist management with scheduling, labor controls, and other administrative duties.
- Ensure that all in-room dining orders are prepared and delivered promptly and according to guest specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms hallways to ensure that in-room dining trays and dishes are collected promptly.
- Inspect daily set-up, presentations and delivery amenities.
- Maintain high standards of service and attention to detail.
- Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties based on business needs.
