Requirements
- 2 + years proven track record in sales is required; comfort with negotiating and overcoming objections.
- Capacity to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, including up to 20-25 inbound calls per day.
- Ability to maintain all state licenses and terminate all prior carrier relationships as applicable.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Internet: High speed broadband cable internet service with minimum upload/download speeds of 100MB download/10MB upload and your Internet provider supplied device is to be hard-wired to the Hartford issued router and/or computer.
- This is a customer-facing role which requires your full attention. A distraction free environment is required.
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Evaluating risk and confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections.
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish-English Bilingual skillset, post certification.
