Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in business development or sales with closing responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration abilities
- Track record of accountability in meeting revenue targets
- Effective communication skills for client engagement and problem-solving
- Ability to organize and prioritize pipeline management tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage the inbound sales process for SME customers from initial contact through product demonstration, account closing, and product orientation
- Be an expert across Airwallex’s product offerings and how specific products can resolve customers pain points
- Create a strong first impression to our customers and prospects by providing them with a world-class experience and product expertise
- Achieve monthly targets of closed new business
- Engage in customer conversations, understanding what their needs are and how we can help their business scale
- Focus on great customer experience, resolving incoming inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a great customer experience
- Work across diverse global offices and different team functions
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales at a fintech company
- Sales experience with usage-based products rather than contract-based selling
