Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to Energy Incentive programs that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and two years’ experience coordinating or administering a program
  • Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide research, technical review, and analysis for the Grid Resilience and EDS Programs
  • Serve as primary reviewer and ensure compliance with program regulations, statutes, and rules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience evaluating program guidelines and utilizing analytical skills and sound decision-making skills to assess compliance and ensure consistency in the application of program rules.
  • Experience conducting outreach and maintaining positive relationships with the public, stakeholders, diverse community/stakeholder groups, other agencies, utilities, and Tribal governments.
  • Experience maintaining a database, capturing data, updating data, analyzing data, generating reports, and reporting out to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or with governmental agencies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state, as needed.
  • Knowledgeable about renewable energy systems or energy resilience is preferred but not required.
