Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Communications, Marketing or Human Resources
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience creating graphics in Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks, events, and deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, meeting deadlines
- A passion for learning about diversity, equity, and inclusion trends and concerns
- Ability to work onsite in our Newton office on-site or virtually
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing events for CyberArk’s Employee Resource Groups, I&B Cultural Awareness programs, educational training sessions, and workshops
- Support the planning and execution of events for CyberArk’s Employee Resource Groups and I&B Cultural Awareness initiatives, educational training, and workshops
- Including updating the cultural calendar, designing event flyers, and researching potential speakers for upcoming activities
- Offer logistical assistance by creating surveys, scheduling meetings with external vendors, and organizing and maintaining databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint or other content platform preferred
