Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial or experiential design
- Strong expertise in user journey strategy development and integrating user research into design execution.
- Proven ability to analyze customer insights and translate them into innovative, functional solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Passion for continuous learning and driving innovation in design and user engagement.
