Industrial Maintenance Milwright

DEC or DEP in industrial maintenance mechanics/milwright or relevant experience
Possess a valid 433A Millwright, 426A Millwright certification
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, preferably in a heavy industrial environment
Proven knowledge of using tools, power tools, and shaft alignment tools
Ability to lead and mobilize the work of contractors
Interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
Good time management, priority setting, and ability to manage and resolve technical issues quickly
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrate a high level of proactivity and independence
Experience in updating the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with accurate data in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Repair, maintain, install, replace, troubleshoot, and diagnose various machinery and mechanical equipment
Disassemble machines and repair, replace, or adjust parts as needed
Clean and lubricate equipment, parts, and machinery
Maintain equipment in proper operating condition
Provide expert advice on troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment maintenance-related issues
Organize required parts for specific maintenance activities
Work from engineering drawings, rough sketches, manuals, or verbal instructions to install equipment according to diagram specifications
Ensure that all necessary maintenance is completed in a timely and efficient manner
Complete work orders as required and ensure appropriate follow-up communication
May be required to perform machine operator duties on occasion
Assist co-workers with any questions or issues regarding task completion
