You are:
A Production & Operations Senior Manager with expertise in digital solutions that can help clients identify opportunities for value and architect end-to-end transformation for a sustainable future. You have strong enterprise architecture and business process knowledge, including leadership and management skills.
The work:
Translate business challenges into Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, Material Handling & Automation, and Quality to define opportunities for operational excellence
Help clients understand how to transform their companies by giving them information on key industry challenges and trends
Analyze clients’ strategy, operating vision, business needs and capabilities
Design future state organizational, operational, and technical models.
Create business cases for core production and operations capabilities: operations, maintenance, quality, capital project management, and Intelligent Asset Management functions.
Increase sustainable operations with a more productive digital workforce.
Here’s what you need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Utilities transmission and/or distribution
Professional Consulting Experience
Travel will be required for this role
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company’s activities to avoid this requirement.

Strong enterprise architecture and business process knowledge with the ability to lead technology assessments for digital transformation.
Digital transformation implementation in Utilities
Experience related to Infrastructure (RFID, IOT), applications (EAM, ERP, etc.), and Digital twin.
Data analytics, AI & BI tools
