Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of brand marketing, social media or influencer experience
  • Experience interfacing directly with content creators, community members, and social followers
  • Experience working with agency partners from the RFP all the way to execution and daily management of resources
  • Experience managing content calendars and SLAs and with reviewing and approving third-party content
  • Knowledge of current trends in social media and strong creative instincts to help our brand and product positioning break through
  • Knowledge of current and future legal regulations, industry standards and emerging platforms in the influencer marketing space
  • Communicate clearly cross-functionally and manage up
  • Curiosity and positive intent

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of agencies and content creators, and negotiate deliverables and terms to produce high quality content that scales impressions
  • Source and cultivate relationships with B2B creators who can authentically bring Miro’s narrative to life
  • Create influencer marketing strategies that align with Miro’s product releases and brand campaigns, including drafting briefs and reviewing creator content to ensure it meets our requirements
  • Journey through the creative process from ideation, storyboarding to final creative asset with each creator
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Marketing, Brand, and Community to ensure a holistic approach to influencer campaigns
  • Support our overall social media SLAs by providing oversight of influencer content and conversations
  • Measure and manage analytics reporting across campaigns
  • Be an advocate for the community and quality of our content: proactively identify opportunities and risks, deliver a VIP experience for our biggest fans
