Information Security Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field OR the equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
• Requires 3+ years working with IAM technologies and tools, particularly SailPoint Identity IQ.
• Proven experience in IAM governance.
• Experience with IT Audit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for IAM aligned with industry standards and organizational requirements.
• Monitor access controls across systems and applications to ensure compliance with IAM policies and standards.
• Implement and enforce IAM policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance throughout the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments of IAM processes and recommend controls to minimize security risks.
• Manage access certifications in SailPoint Identity IQ, including scheduling, conducting access reviews, and ensuring timely completion of certifications.
• Generate reports and metrics on IAM governance activities, compliance status, access certifications, and audit findings.
• Evaluate IAM solutions and technologies to support governance objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IAM governance principles and best practices.
