Requirements

• Must possess direct, documented and verifiable experience with some or all the following database environments: Oracle, MS SQL, Mongo DB, AWS S3, Azure SQL PaaS, Databricks, Snowflake and others.
• Have experience working with ISO27001, PCI-DSS, CMMC or other compliance and regulations.
• Must have experience guiding IT teams in security best practices.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be capable of communicating with both business teams and technical IT teams.
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 3 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
• Security centric certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or others are required.
• Capable of (up to) 15% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Leading the Database Security Program for Arrow’s Enterprise Security Services program.
• Manage and maintain Arrow’s CIS Scanning tool, use scan results to work with IT teams on system and application hardening.
• Working with business and IT teams to ensure Arrow’s security standards and guidelines are maintained and followed.
• Working with application and infrastructure teams on implementing secure software and hardware configurations in Arrow’s IT environment.
• Assist the Security Architecture team in testing, selecting and operationalizing new security tools and processes.
• Guiding IT teams in prioritizing and tracking security remediations.
• Providing security guidance on new application and infrastructure projects.
• Aligning Arrow’s security program with compliance and regulation requirements.
