Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
- Expertise in SailPoint (IIQ/ISC)
- Expertise in Okta for both Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and Workforce Identity
- Experience with Delinea for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across SailPoint, Okta, and Delinea
- Proven ability to ensure IAM solutions comply with industry standards such as SOX and PCI-DSS
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to Agile environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Support and manage SailPoint IdentityIQ or ISC
- Manage Access Management with Okta for CIAM solutions and Workforce Identity
- Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) using Delinea
- Work closely with Governance, Incident Response, and Engineering teams
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security policies and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to and help execute the multi-year IAM roadmap
- Provide expert technical leadership during security incidents
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a collaborative environment
- Research and evaluate new technologies and practices within the IAM field
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Certifications in SailPoint and Okta
- Experience integrating IAM solutions with cloud environments like AWS or Azure
