Requirements
- Associate’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s degree with 3 years of relevant experience; 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree.
- Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret level security clearance (at a minimum) in order to be considered
- Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as a condition of continued employment
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project) and Agile principles including use of associated tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience utilizing of Project Management principles
- Experience with IT Systems
Responsibilities
- Report to the Program Integration Team (PIT), supporting IT (Information Technology) Operations, and oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects.
- Review status of projects, manage project schedules, prepare status reports, and work with team leads to ensure accountability on key project deliverables.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with stakeholders, including internal and external customers.
- Gather requirements and works across multiple teams to support program Statement of Work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI, or SAP/SAR access
- Project integration experience in a production/manufacturing environment, including strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work well with cross-functional groups and senior leadership
- Project management credentials such as PMP, Project+
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
- SharePoint experience
- Able to learn new processes and technical information quickly
