Information Systems Security Officer – Isso

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certification from one of the following Work Roles listed under the DoD 8140: Enterprise Architect, Security Architect or Information System Security Manager.
Experience implementing, supporting, and leading security assessments aligned with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/53, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks (CISSP, CISM, CASP+, etc…).
5+ years of experience in security or program management for DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
Experience coordinating cross-functional security initiatives.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with internal and customer stakeholders.

Act as the key coordinator between the Business Unit Program Managers and corporate security to ensure on time and on scope delivery of security initiatives.
Develop and maintain audit and accountability measures of Controlled Unclassified Information network(s) to ensure system activity is appropriately logged, monitored, and reviewed.
Drive adoption and knowledge of Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification guidelines and requirements.
Coordinate with staff across multiple security disciplines, including personnel security, information security, physical security, and industrial security to meet program needs and objectives.
Perform project management duties in collaboration with corporate security for initiatives such as new program establishment and other complex undertakings.
Deeply understand program requirements to assist the corporate security team to develop Protection Implementation Plans, CONOPS, and other necessary documentation to reduce security risks for classified programs.

Previous experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DARPA, or others.
Experience managing DCSA security programs.
Familiarity with technical R&D initiatives for US government customers.
Previous experience establishing and certifying Controlled Unclassified Networks.
