Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Certification from one of the following Work Roles listed under the DoD 8140: Enterprise Architect, Security Architect or Information System Security Manager.
- Experience implementing, supporting, and leading security assessments aligned with CMMC, NIST SP 800-171/53, ISO, and other regulatory frameworks (CISSP, CISM, CASP+, etc…).
- 5+ years of experience in security or program management for DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional security initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage with internal and customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key coordinator between the Business Unit Program Managers and corporate security to ensure on time and on scope delivery of security initiatives.
- Develop and maintain audit and accountability measures of Controlled Unclassified Information network(s) to ensure system activity is appropriately logged, monitored, and reviewed.
- Drive adoption and knowledge of Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification guidelines and requirements.
- Coordinate with staff across multiple security disciplines, including personnel security, information security, physical security, and industrial security to meet program needs and objectives.
- Perform project management duties in collaboration with corporate security for initiatives such as new program establishment and other complex undertakings.
- Deeply understand program requirements to assist the corporate security team to develop Protection Implementation Plans, CONOPS, and other necessary documentation to reduce security risks for classified programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting agencies such as DoD, DARPA, or others.
- Experience managing DCSA security programs.
- Familiarity with technical R&D initiatives for US government customers.
- Previous experience establishing and certifying Controlled Unclassified Networks.
