Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in IT distribution sales, channel management, or partner enablement.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through distribution-led models.
- Experience in data center, hybrid multicloud, networking, or enterprise applications (a plus).
- Strong communicator and presenter, comfortable engaging executives and partners.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) with a data-driven mindset.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive distribution managed partner growth, expanding new partner acquisition and engagement.
- Lead first-touch partner engagement, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Optimize distributor operations, streamlining processes to enhance partner success.
- Develop and execute business plans with distributors, aligning on revenue and enablement goals.
- Participate in QBRs and business reviews to drive mutual growth and accountability.
- Enable partners through Nutanix programs, certifications, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Leverage distributor-funded resources, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), to maximize partner support.
- Manage rebates, marketing funds, and distributor-led initiatives to drive ROI.
- Collaborate with and augment business development resource consistency and strategy within distribution.
- Collaborate with Nutanix partner and sales teams to develop and manage partner pipeline through distributors to meet quarterly and annual targets.
- Identify and facilitate go-to-market improvements between Nutanix, distributor, and partner to maximize channel velocity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred: Experience working with Ingram Micro, TD Synnex, Arrow, or Carahsoft.
