Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years inside sales / call center experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Industrial products experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with special pricing requests in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
- Identify customer needs, address pricing inquiries and recommend tailored solutions.
- Schedule appointments with established customers to understand their business needs.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
