Responsibilities
- Engage extensively with customers over the phone to generate rental leads and assist with their business needs.
- Assist fellow sales representatives in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions.
- Open and close rental contracts in adherence to company policies and customer requirements.
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Serve as the first line of support, providing outstanding customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
