Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and account management
- Strong communication skills
- Highly skilled at sales techniques and strong understanding of company products and services
- Comprehensive knowledge within area of specialization
- Ability to complete sales with little to no supervision
- Demonstrates strong ability to identify and cultivate sales from new &/or existing customers
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Basic understanding of ERP and CRM systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Responsibilities
- Contacts both new and existing customers to sell new and recurring business
- Creates and delivers quotes and proposals to deliver to customers
- Ensures customer satisfaction and retention
- Accurately records information in CRM for forecasting
- Continues to stay up to date on company and customer technology to remain a trusted partner
- Sells complex products / services; utilizes knowledge of products / services and industry to evaluate and recommend best solutions to customers
- Strategic sales process; established base of accounts and stable revenue responsibility
- May utilize knowledge of industry to recommend updates or changes to product / service offering
- Other duties as assigned
