Responsibilities
- Presenting and setting up appointments for company products and services to be sold to new and existing customers
- Engaging with potential leads to understand their solar energy needs and requirements
- Reaching agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
- Setting follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Scheduling meetings for new leads and older leads in system for the outside sales team to go pitch/run
- Covering incoming leads as well as assigned leads during other team members’ absences as needed
- Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s offerings
- Responding to incoming leads that come in via email or by phone after hours and on weekends
- Performing data entry and data maintenance of each new lead with accurate and appropriate information
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
