Requirements
- Graduate degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field by the time of the appointment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commitment to undergraduate education, curricular development, and assessment
Responsibilities
- Teach a variety of undergraduate courses in support of the Mechanical Engineering program
- Advise and mentor undergraduate students
- Participate in all aspects of the program’s activities, including service to the program, division, university, community, and profession
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior teaching experience
- Relevant industrial experience
