Requirements
- Active TS or TS/SCI clearance
- Experience with major cloud service providers, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure
- Strong expertise in scripting languages, with a primary focus on Python
- Experience with Elastic or a similar technology
- Experience implementing and supporting DevOps practices in a production environment
- Expert proficiency in CI/CD tooling and pipelines, with hands-on experience using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab Pipelines
- Significant experience working with containerization technologies, particularly Docker
- Proven experience designing and implementing scalable architectures in production environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field or comparable experience
- Familiarity with cybersecurity systems and principles to safeguard infrastructure and applications
Responsibilities
- Manage and automate data integrations to meet increasing demand
- Provide general DevOps support for multiple engineering teams
- Collaborate with experts to achieve FedRAMP Authorization and U.S. Government ATO
- Maintain thorough documentation of code, system designs, and processes
- Mentor team members and foster collaboration within the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Helm, and EKS
- Proficiency in software development practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI
- Experience with tools like Chef, Ansible, or Puppet to streamline infrastructure management
- Knowledge of best practices for infrastructure security, reliability, and fault tolerance
