Requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing a communications or journalism degree
- Excellent writing, communication, and multimedia skills
- Familiarity with AP Style
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience a plus
- Passion for storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics into simple messages
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in our Newton office in a hybrid role (3 days on site; 2 days remote)
Responsibilities
- Help identify and write stories about how our employees contribute to our strategy
- Assist with communications that support our inclusion and belonging (I&B) and Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) objectives
- Develop materials for employee-facing content and programs
- Assist with SharePoint content development
- Measure content effectiveness and find new ways to drive engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft 365 and SharePoint experience a plus
