Requirements
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Strong understanding of internal communication best practices, particularly within the tech industry.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and internal communication platforms.
- Experience with UX/UI strategy and SharePoint basics.
- Can translate complex technical information into clear and concise messaging for employees.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in content analytics and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in business, communications, marketing or related discipline)
- 7+ years of experience in internal communications, content marketing, or a related field (preferably with a focus on the tech industry)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal content strategies across various channels (e.g., intranet, email newsletters, internal blogs, company events, etc.).
- Manage a team of content creators (writers, editors, designers) to produce high-quality, engaging internal content based on stakeholder input.
- Oversee editorial calendars and content production workflows for internal communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Manage internal communication strategies, including executive messaging, change management communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Craft internal announcements, company updates, and other communication materials.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in internal communications, particularly within the tech sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to foster employee collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Preferred Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in internal communications, content marketing, or a related field (preferably with a focus on the tech industry)
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful internal content and communication strategies.
- Experience managing a team of content creators and communication professionals.
- Strong understanding of internal communication channels and employee engagement strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
