Who are we looking for?
- Automotive Sales, Sales BDC, and/or Internet Sales experience is required
- Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated
- Outstanding follow up
- Ability to convert internet leads to appointment/sales
- Team player is a must
- Strong communication skills –verbal and written
- Excellent computer skills including CRM proficiency (CDK a plus!)
- Highly organized with attention to detail
