Requirements
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows 7 & 8/8.1/10
- Analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot applications
- Self-motivated and able to contribute in a team setting
Responsibilities
- Receiving and routing help desk calls
- Upgrade and replacement of corporate computer hardware and software
- Basic troubleshooting of Mac and Microsoft operating systems with the inclusion of MS Office and Adobe products
- Perform other related assigned duties as necessary
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year course work in information systems/sciences, computer repair
- A+, MCP, or Network plus certification
- An interest in help desk and computer technician technologies and concepts
