Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Demonstrated track record of good attendance
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Ensuring data integrity in the Lowe’s DMS and HOST locator systems
- Researching and resolving discrepancies when necessary
- Performing routine cycle counts of the inventory
- Ensuring system quantity and physical quantity of product is correct
- Researching and documenting issues
- Supporting multiple departments in handling inventory discrepancies
- Proactively identifying errors or trouble areas
- Correcting potential problems
- Offering proactive solutions
- Performing any other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education
- Experience using troubleshooting processes to resolve problems
- Experience in distribution center operations
- Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or data management system (Lowe’s DMS preferred)
