Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and order medical items from approved suppliers.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate directly with suppliers to address any ordering, tracking, or delivery issues.
  • Receive and unbox medical items upon arrival, verifying accuracy against POs.
  • Inspect items for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Maintain organized records of received and update inventory levels accordingly.
  • Prepare items for photography sessions, ensuring they are clean and properly staged.
  • Collaborate with the photography team to schedule sessions and ensure all necessary items are captured.
  • Determine the next steps for photographed items, including returning them to vendors or transferring them to the warehouse for custom orders.
  • Ensure all items are appropriately labeled and documented for their designated path.
  • Accurately input item details into the ERP system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
  • Maintain meticulous records to support inventory accuracy and traceability.
