Requirements
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A or consulting
- Experience in consumer sectors or e-commerce is a plus
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the sourcing, evaluation and execution of investment opportunities
- Responsible for the research, valuation and diligence execution as well as helping the production of supporting materials for the investment committee
- Help develop growth strategies for the brands, prepare a seamless integration into the unybrands ecosystem and monitor brand performance post-acquisition
- Help the office of the CEO organize and execute high-impact analysis and projects across the organization as a ‘SWAT’ team effort
