Investor Relations and Corporate Development Associate

2+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research, or strategic finance
Strong familiarity with financial modeling and valuation
Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results. You’re eager to roll your sleeves up and make an impact
Self-motivated with a history of taking on expanding roles
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate cross functionally with Strategic Finance, FP&A, Legal, Comms, and Marketing teams
Excellent communication skills. Must be comfortable presenting to investors and analysts
Bachelor’s degree
Flexibility to travel as needed

Collect and analyze information (business and financial) that will inform our narrative to investors and analysts.
Support all aspects of the corporate development M&A and investment deal processes, including sourcing, qualification, financial analyses and modeling, due diligence, and closing and integration planning activities.
Collaborate with Strategic Finance, FP&A, Legal, Comms, and Marketing to gather information related to quarterly financial performance and ensure accuracy of figures and alignment of external messaging.
Monitor and internally summarize industry trends and peers’ commentary and financial results by continuously tracking sell-side research, financial news, and transcripts.
Establish a robust understanding of industry trends, market participants, and competitive dynamics in the physical operations and the broader enterprise software markets.
